Kansas City Rep. Appoints New Administration

Kansas City Repertory Theatre's Artistic Director Eric Rosen has announced two new appointments to the theatre's administrative staff: Rob Knop is the new Senior Director of Marketing and Jennifer Ingraham is the new Senior Director for Advancement.

Knop is an experienced arts marketer who specializes in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to support arts institutions and their programs. At Kansas City Rep he will be a member of the senior management team, in addition he is responsible for all strategic marketing decisions for advertising, ticket sales, social media and audience development. He will also supervise box office, ticketing and front-of-house staff. Knop comes to the Rep after being at Seattle Repertory Theatre for fourteen years, where he served in a number of capacities, most recently as Marketing and Audience Development Director. He holds a B.A. in Communications from Syracuse University and an Associate's Degree in Music Composition from Berklee College of Music.

Ingraham comes to the Rep from Park University, where she was Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations for more than three years. Ingraham has deep ties to the University of Missouri-Kansas City and its communities, serving for six years as its Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations, and, prior to that, she was the Associate Director for Development at Kansas City Rep. In her new capacity as the Rep's Senior Director for Advancement, Ingraham will manage planning and implementation of annual giving, growing the Rep's endowment and future capital campaigns. She will also be a member of the theatre's senior management team. Ingraham earned her M.S. in Journalism and Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Kansas and her B.A. in Communications from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri.

Now in its 47th season, Kansas City Repertory Theatre is its region's only member of the League of Resident Theatres (LORT) and serves as the professional theatre in residence at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC). Lauded by The Wall Street Journal, TIME magazine, Variety and the Toronto Sun, the Rep produces mainstage plays and special events at Spencer Theatre on the UMKC campus and Copaken Stage located in downtown Kansas City. Kansas City Rep employs more than 250 professional artists, technicians and administrators, and serves more than 100,000 patrons and 10,000 school children annually. Kansas City Repertory Theatre is led by Artistic Director Eric Rosen, Managing Director Cynthia Rider and Producing Director Jerry Genochio.
